DC/DC conversion inside the Ford Fusion

Here’s another example of all-silicon power technology inside the Ford Fusion. This is the DC/DC converter which takes 100 to 370 V from the main battery and converts it to 12 V. Current handling capability is something over 200 A, according to the engineers at the Ford booth.
